The Bookings report tracks the number of bookings over time by tracking booking volume trends over time and across years, so you can spot seasonal patterns, measure growth, and make confident decisions about pricing, staffing, and marketing strategies.
Create your Bookings report by navigating to Reports > Analysis and Statistics > Booking Statistics > Bookings, selecting the following options, and clicking Run Report.
- Properties (Active and/or Disabled)
- Date range
- Booked As Of date
- Property Tags
- Group by (e.g., Property (default), Listing Site, Month, Owner, Property Status (Active/Disabled), Quarter, Week, Year)
- Compare with the previous (e.g., Same year, Year before, 2-5 years before)
- Display absolute values
- Display relative values or the amount of change between periods
- Columns (e.g., Month (default), None, Listing Site, Owner, Property, Property Status (Active/Disabled), Quarter, Week, Year)
- Include blocked off time by selecting the checkbox
- Summary Field (e.g., Bookings (default), Inquiries, Quotes, Nights per Booking, People per Booking, Days in Advance, Conversion Speed)
Users can choose to Print or Export (and save) the completed Bookings Summary Report. See the Bookings Report PDF Example.
