Channel API Enumeration Updates

We recently updated our Channel Integration API enumeration documentation to ensure the published values match the values currently accepted by the API.
There are no API behavior changes associated with this update. However, if your integration relies on enumeration values from our documentation, please review the updated documentation and confirm that your implementation uses the correct values.
In particular, we corrected the following lists:
- listingChannel - ODHRv has been corrected to ODHR, and 13 additional valid channel values have been documented.
- CurrencyType - the supported values for the <currency> element have been corrected to: AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, NZD, and USD. Note that the currency= attribute on amount elements can still accept other ISO currency codes.
- Card codes - CARTE_BLEU has been corrected to CARTE_BLEUE, and AFFIRM has been removed from the card-code list.
We also clarified in the documentation that enumeration values are case-sensitive and must be sent exactly as documented.
