Greet your guests digitally on your Smart TV with Hello Guest Screen. Learn how to connect your OwnerRez account with HelloGuestScreen for seamless property integration by following the instructions below to ensure a successful integration.

Steps for Integration

1. Log in to Your HGS Account. Access your HelloGuestScreen dashboard by signing in to your account and navigating to the Import New Properties section. From the Import New Properties dropdown, select Connect OwnerRez.com to proceed.Log in to Your HGS Account. Access your HelloGuestScreen dashboard by signing in to your account and navigating to the Import New Properties section. From the Import New Properties dropdown, select Connect OwnerRez.com to proceed.

3. Complete the authorization on HGS. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to HGS, where a success pop-up will appear. Click the Proceed button to view the list of properties available for import.Click the Proceed button to view the list of properties available for import.

4. You will have the following options in HGS.

  • The import option adds the selected property from OwnerRez as a new property in HGS.
  • The Map Property option connects an existing HGS property with the corresponding property from OwnerRez.

5. From the HGS main menu, navigate to My Properties > Schedule to view Guest Reservations for that property. From the HGS main menu, navigate to My Properties > Schedule to view Guest Reservations for that property.

What Data is Transmitted

Hello Guest Screen syncs properties and reservations using webhooks.

Disconnect Properties

Deleting or disabling a property in OwnerRez will not automatically delete it from HGS. However, new reservations will no longer sync. 

To remove a property from HGS, delete it from the HGS panel. Please note that once deleted, any personalized settings and data related to that property will be lost.
