rental.photos is a photo enhancement service for vacation rental listings. It creates a new, professional set of photos from the photos on your OwnerRez listings, and a person reviews every photo before delivery.

Steps for Integration
You need an active OwnerRez account with at least one property that has photos. There is nothing to install.
- Go to rental.photos
- Go to https://rental.photos/ownerrez and click Connect with OwnerRez.
- Authorize the connection
- Sign in to OwnerRez when prompted.
- Click Authorize rental.photos.
- Return to rental.photos
- You are returned to rental.photos, where your OwnerRez properties appear so you can choose which to enhance.
- Select properties
- Select one or more properties to enhance from your list of OwnerRez properties.
- Confirm the details
- Confirm the details, especially the email address where rental.photos delivers the results.
- Click Enhance listings.
- Pay
- Complete payment, which is processed securely through Stripe.
- You do not need to download or upload anything.
- A confirmation email is sent to you (check your spam folder if you don't see it).
- See rental.photos pricing for current pricing.
- Wait for the results
- rental.photos delivers the final photos within 24 hours of payment.
- The rental.photos team enhances every photo from the selected properties.
- A person reviews each result to make sure it looks natural and true to the property.
- Review the photos
- You receive an email with a preview link.
- Review the photos, then approve them, request changes, or click Decline to request a refund.
- Download the photos
- After you approve, you receive a download link with the final high-resolution files.
- Upload them to your OwnerRez property and any other platforms.
FAQ
Does rental.photos change my OwnerRez listing?
No. rental.photos has read-only access. It reads your property photos to enhance them and never edits, publishes, or changes anything in your OwnerRez account.
Do the new photos upload to OwnerRez automatically?
No. You receive the final high-resolution files as a download and upload them wherever you want, including your OwnerRez property.
Can I choose which photos are enhanced?
You select the property, and every photo on that property is enhanced as a set.
What if I don't like the results?
You review and approve the results before they are finalized. If you are not satisfied, click Decline in the preview email to start a full refund.
