CleanSync is a connector that links your OwnerRez bookings to your cleaning company's Jobber calendar. The cleaning company installs and runs CleanSync. You authorize OwnerRez and choose which rentals to share.
With the connection, CleanSync creates a scheduled cleaning job in Jobber for each checkout on a shared rental, closes, archives or moves jobs when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled, sets the booking's Cleaning Date to match the scheduled cleaning, and adds status notes to the booking when a cleaning is completed or cancelled.
Steps for Integration
You need an active OwnerRez account, and your cleaning company needs a Jobber account with the CleanSync app installed. There is nothing to install on your side.
- Get the invite link
- Your cleaning company sends you a one-time invite link.
- Review the connection request
- Open the invite link and review the connection request.
- Authorize CleanSync
- Authorize CleanSync on OwnerRez.
- Choose properties to share
- Select which properties to share with your cleaning company.
- Optionally, add notes for each property.
- Confirm
- A confirmation page appears. Bookings sync automatically after that.

How do I disconnect CleanSync?
You can revoke CleanSync's access in OwnerRez. Your cleaning company can also disconnect from its CleanSync dashboard.
What happens to existing Jobber jobs if I disconnect?
Existing Jobber jobs remain.
